Remote control for a scanning electron microscope

           

In the year 2011 we received an order by the photographer Stefan Diller (Wuerzburg, Germany) to design and manufacture a remote control for his Philips 525 scanning electron microscope.

He uses this microscope for scientific photography. Thanks to our miniature modules he  is enabled now to control various functions of detector and focus control by a PC.

Thus enabling to automatically produce short video clips of the specimen. For details please refer to www.electronmicroscopy.info
